This project involved restructuring elements of our sitemap, creating a net-new “glossary” to inform customers and boost SEO, current and relevant thought leadership content, and new weekly market updates to let our customers know that we know what’s up.
This was one of my favorite pieces to research and write for UPS Supply Chain Solutions.
What I loved about it was that I was able to create an entirely new content type for the site - a “digital paper” of sorts (the table of contents with jump links has since been removed).
This was a project that everyone was excited to collaborate on - from our UX team, to our SEO expert, our Customs advisors, and even our design team.
The results speak for themselves, as I’m told this is still one of the top-viewed articles on the site.
